What to bring?
You will need to bring: Linens sheets and pillowcases for double and twin size beds; toiletries, including toilet paper; cleaning supplies for dishes, floors and bathroom; food and drink.
Notes:
1. Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes (10%) are additional
2. Sorry we don't allow pets here.
3. A deposit of $250.00 must be received within 10 days of placing the reservation. The balance owing will be payable on arrival. This deposit is refundable upon 60 days notice of cancellation, less a 20% administration fee.
4. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit card. We no longer accept cheques unless certified.
5. You must adhere to the maximum number of guest per cottage except by permission. The charge for extra persons is $25/day. $125/week when permitted.
6. Summer check-in time is 3:00 p.m. each Saturday, and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. Guests are welcome to come early and stay late as long as the cottages are vacated so they can be inspected and cleaned as needed between guests. Spring, Fall, and Winter check-in is 1 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m daily.
7. A $100.00 charge will be applied to cottages not left clean enough for our next guests.

1. Applicable taxes (13%) and gasoline are additional.
2. All boats, lifejackets and other equipment must be signed in and out.
3. All boating safety rules and regulations must be obeyed or you forfeit your boat with no refund.
4. While we have a selection of adult and children's' life jackets, we do recommend you bring your own lifejackets for the children to ensure the proper size and fit.
5. Persons born 1988 or later require an operators license in order to rent or operate a motorized boat.
Cancellation Policy:
Summer Weekly Rentals
Cancellations must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Id a reservation cancellation is received with less than 4 weeks notice, the balance of the rental cost will be billed to the credit card on file and no refund will be issued unless the cottage can be rebooked for the full rental period. The $50 cancellation fee will still apply. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
